Sales Orders Specialist
Customer Experience - Remote - Full Time

Summary

As a Sales Orders Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for Brivo’s customers and partners. You’ll be responsible for accurately managing and processing customer orders while collaborating across teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer journey.

This is a US-based remote or hybrid position. Candidates who live within 30 miles of a Brivo office are expected to work on-site 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Process Customer Orders: Accurately manage incoming sales orders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams including Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows.
  • Customer & Partner Support: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from resellers, prospects, and internal stakeholders via email, Slack, and phone.
  • Order Review & Approval: Conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to ensure all required documentation and information are complete before processing.
  • Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay current on Brivo’s offerings and industry trends to effectively represent the brand in external communications.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in sales order processing, sales operations, or a related administrative role; preferably in a B2B or SaaS work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally engage with internal and external stakeholders; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with technology and cloud-based tools; experience with G Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and NetSuite preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in explaining technical concepts and troubleshooting order-related issues.
  • A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment.


The total compensation package for this full-time, nonexempt position includes an hourly pay range of $27.00 - $30.00 an hour. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (includes base salary and, where applicable, may include incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians are eligible for benefits & perks (www.brivo.com/about/careers) based on their work locations.
