We are searching for a talented and experienced Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our AI Research & Development team. As an ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence products. Your responsibilities will involve designing and constructing sophisticated machine learning models, as well as refining and updating existing systems. In order to thrive in this position, you must possess strong skills in statistics and programming, as well as a deep understanding of data science and software engineering principles. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain ML feature pipelines
  • Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
  • Run machine learning tests and experiments
  • Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
  • Train and retrain ML systems when necessary
  • Keep abreast of developments in the field
Qualifications
  • BS in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with 1+ year of experience with ML.
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
  • Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
  • Experience writing robust code in Python
  • Strong experience with SQL, PostgreSQL or Snowflake preferred
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Keras or PyTorch and libraries such as scikit-learn.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
Preferred Experience
  • MS in computer science preferably with AI specialization or mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with 1+ year of experience with ML
  • Experience developing ML feature pipelines based on data from production data stores
  • Experience working with non-engineering teams to understand requirements and how they can be quantified as ML model tests.
