Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the United Kingdom, South Region is a pivotal commercial role responsible for prospecting and developing business with key decision-makers across the region. The successful candidate will drive the full sales cycle from initial prospect to close, serving as a subject matter expert on Brivo’s solutions and supported integrations. This position plays a crucial role in achieving revenue targets and promoting world-class customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, recruit, onboard, and cultivate new Partners within the assigned territory while growing revenue and wallet share with the existing Independent and Key Account dealer base.
  • Identify and engage key end-user opportunities directly to drive channel pull-through sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Respond to customer requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the Brivo security platform, including supported devices and integrations, to effectively demonstrate capabilities to prospects.
  • Demonstrate Brivo hardware and user interfaces to security consultants, system integrators, end-users, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide system sales training for system integrators and educate prospects on the complete Brivo product portfolio.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and key competitive differentiators to both dealers and end-users.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting to leadership to support business planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Vertical Sales Teams, Inside Support Business Development Reps, and Field Support personnel to exceed sales quotas and ensure customer success.
  • Utilise CRM, business, and AI tools and applications to manage your pipeline and activity efficiently.

Qualifications

  • ​​​​​​​5+ years of security sales experience, preferably within access control, video management, or related technologies.
  • 2+ years of proven experience selling within a defined territory with an established client base.
  • Channel field sales experience is required (Note: Backgrounds solely in business development, overlay, or inside sales are not suitable for this position).​​​​​​​
  • An undergraduate degree or extensive relevant experience in security, IT, or SaaS sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm, with the ability to present ideas and information in a concise, well-organised manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sizeable sales quotas.
  • Motivated and self-directed professional capable of establishing strong working relationships across the business and within target organisations.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory between 60-75% of the time.
  • Ability to attend industry trade shows, internal meetings, and related events 3-4 times per year outside the assigned territory; the role requires occasional global travel.

The compensation package for this full-time position offers a basic salary with additional commission incentives. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
