*This US-based hybrid position will require working from our Bethesda, Maryland office 4-8 times per month.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain robust Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ to streamline the lead-to-quote process.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems, including NetSuite (ERP) and HubSpot (Marketing Automation), potentially leveraging MuleSoft for complex integrations.
  • Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
  • Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, Marketing Automation) is a plus, with knowledge of MuleSoft preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly applications.

Preferred

  • Experience with NetSuite and HubSpot integrations.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Salesforce certifications beyond CPQ Specialist.

Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
