Business Development Representative

Sales - Remote - Full Time

Summary
Brivo is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a critical role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospects, developing and executing targeted outbound campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

This position requires a motivated and self-directed entry-level professional, capable of establishing working relationships across the business and within the target organizations. The responsibilities of the position will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to drive engagement and interest in Brivo's products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of opportunity and improve the overall sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Attend trade shows and events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospects
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary of $58,000 ($72,000+ OTE). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
