Summary
Brivo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help us deliver innovative experiences that delight our customers’ employees, residents, and guests. In this role, you will develop new mobile, biometric, and identity-based solutions that drive customer satisfaction, boost sales, and push the industry forward. Our Product Management team comes from diverse backgrounds, both inside and outside the security industry. In this role you are expected to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for superior end-user experiences that aligns Brivo’s vision with our overall business goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of new features
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop robust go-to-market strategies, ensuring all stakeholders are well-equipped and supported
  • Utilize a combination of key performance indicators, market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform data-driven product decisions
  • Foster collaboration across the organization, including product management, engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure product alignment and optimize development efforts
  • Maintain a detailed product roadmap and communicate it effectively to all stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management

About You
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of designing, building, and launching customer-facing SaaS products
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills that you can use to lead high-visibility projects with confidence
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • A passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset

While not required, you may find it easier to succeed in this role if you have:

  • Familiarity with the commercial security industry or other related industries (e.g., access control, property management, video)
  • Experience using UX prototyping tools, such as Figma or Whimsical, to visually articulate ideas to a variety of stakeholders 
  • An understanding of B2B SaaS applications and selling products through a reseller channel
  • Experience delivering mobile app solutions and working with third-party technologies
