Summary

Brivo is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Digital and Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the Brivo brand, generate qualified leads, and drive sales pipeline growth. This role will oversee marketing operations, multi-channel campaigns, website strategy, SEO optimization, and content creation to achieve sales and company revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketing leader with extensive experience in digital marketing and a proven ability to optimize marketing processes, analyze data, and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Responsibilities
  • Digital and Brand Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a holistic digital and brand marketing strategy aligned with Brivo’s business goals, identifying target audiences and the most effective channels to engage them.
    • Oversee website development and optimization efforts to enhance user experience, maximize lead conversion, and support brand positioning.
  • Corporate Messaging:
    • Craft and maintain messaging that reflects Brivo’s values, mission, and goals, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and content across all marketing materials.
  • Website Strategy and SEO Optimization:
    • Lead the strategy and execution of Brivo’s website, ensuring it serves as a high-performing digital asset that drives organic traffic and supports lead generation.
    • Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase website visibility, and enhance organic lead acquisition.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Lead a high-performing team to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including email, paid advertising, social media, webinars, events, and content marketing.
  • Marketing Technology Expertise:
    • Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to streamline campaign execution, enhance lead generation, and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, ROI) to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Pipeline Generation:
    • Own and drive responsibility for delivering consistent marketing-sourced opportunities to the sales team, ensuring a strong and predictable sales pipeline.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing and brand team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation in a B2B environment.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience, including leading teams and mentoring talent.
  • Strong working knowledge of access control or the physical security market is preferred.
  • Proven track record of executing successful demand-generation strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to campaign performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership capabilities to motivate and manage a team of marketing professionals, driving accountability and results.
This full-time position offers a total compensation package ranging from $170,000 to $190,000. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
