Warehouse Production Coordinator

Supply Chain - Rockville, MD - Full Time

Summary

As the Warehouse Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of Brivo hardware components and parts, meticulously following established procedures. To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of inventory management, hands-on experience with inventory and computer systems, and the ability to expertly operate a reach truck. This position is located on-site at our Rockville, VA facility; the shift hours for this role are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST. Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately process, package, and assemble Brivo hardware components
  • Prepare assembly documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Proactively investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions
  • Maintain quality standards to ensure all finished products meet Brivo's specifications
  • Leverage your proven assembly experience to contribute to our production goals
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting to achieve shared objectives
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on finished goods and work-in-progress to management
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring accurate inventory counts
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment by strictly adhering to all procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in the manufacturing and programming of specific materials as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a warehouse environment
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Current certification to operate a reach truck, or the ability to quickly obtain certification
  • Proficiency in inventory and order management systems, with prior experience using an ERP system; NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and familiarity with carrier-specific software and interfaces
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills
  • Ability to regularly lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs
The total compensation package for this full-time position includes an hourly wage range of $22.00/hr. - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (includes base salary and, where applicable, may include incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians are eligible for benefits & perks (www.brivo.com/about/careers) based on their work locations.
