Global Accounts Manager (EMEA)

Sales - Remote - Full Time

Summary
Brivo, a global leader in cloud-based access control and smart space solutions, is looking for a London-based Global Accounts Manager. This is a high-impact role for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional responsible for providing intelligent building management solutions to both the Build-to-Rent (Multifamily) and Global Enterprise sectors. The successful candidate will possess experience in physical security systems and IoT technologies, focusing on driving significant new business and sales growth.

This position requires a "hunter" mentality to identify, develop, and close large, multi-site end-user account opportunities. You will be responsible for cultivating executive relationships—often at the C-Level—targeting developers, owners, and operators to support the company’s ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect large/enterprise and multi-site end-user account opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, cold calling, and social media.
  • Identify key end-user opportunities for direct engagement and act as a critical "hunter" for new Enterprise logos.
  • Qualify prospective customers to identify areas where our solutions provide value, driving adoption in new projects, retrofits, and developments.
  • Create and cultivate key relationships with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers within the Build-to-Rent (Multifamily) and Enterprise real estate sectors.
  • Establish executive-level champions (e.g., SVPs, National Account Managers) to drive growth in Recurring Monthly Revenue and hardware sales.
  • Collaborate effectively with prospective customers at multiple levels of an organisation to build lasting partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the internal Marketing team to maximise sales campaigns through targeted end-user communication.
  • Work alongside internal and external sales teams and stakeholders to foster strong working relationships and drive overall account growth.
  • Accurately manage a CRM sales pipeline to forecast quota achievement effectively.
  • Demonstrate a desire to contribute to the organisation's overall goals and strategic efforts.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the Build-to-Rent/Multifamily industry or physical security sales at the Enterprise end-user level.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A track record in solution selling, channel management, navigating long sales cycles, and executing a "land and expand" strategy.
  • Proven success in making direct contact with end-user decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and establishing strong value propositions.
  • A strong and unwavering "hunter" mentality is required for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating well with internal and external teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory between 60-75% of the time.
  • Ability to attend industry trade shows, internal meetings, and related events 3-4 times per year outside the assigned territory; the role requires occasional global travel.
  • Must reside in the United Kingdom and be located near a major airport.
The compensation package for this full-time position offers a basic salary with additional commission incentives. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
