Summary:

The Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM), UK is responsible for prospecting and developing business with key decision-makers and driving the sales process from prospect to close. The Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) will also be responsible for possessing detailed knowledge of the complete portfolio of Brivo solutions as well as systems and components supported through integration. The Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) will also be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with Brivo’s partner community, ultimately ensuring customer and partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners in the region
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with partners to drive revenue growth in the market
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with partners, from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for partners
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective partner business plans, campaigns and programs
  • Provide an accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecast
  • Build an understanding of the Brivo security platform, including supported devices and integrations and effectively demonstrate the capabilities to prospects
  • Effectively communicate Brivo’s value proposition and key competitive points of differentiation for reseller partners and end users
  • Demonstrate Brivo hardware and user interface for security consultants, system integrators, end-users, and other interested parties
  • Provide system sales training for system integrators and educate prospects on the complete Brivo product portfolio
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Track and analyze results, providing regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting gon partner activities and performance in the region.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape in the region, providing insight to inform the partner strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in the security or technology and/or SaaS industries
  • Experience with SaaS sales, consultative/solutions sales, IT and/or cyber security 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm in a professional manner
  • Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed a quota
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (SFDC), Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and other business tools

Preferred Skills: 

This position requires a motivated and self-directed professional capable of establishing working relationships across the business and within the target organizations. The position's responsibilities will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility.
