SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Program Content Manager to support our partner programs with a primary focus on content creation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent project management skills. In this role, you will craft engaging, high-impact content that positions Brivo as the vendor of choice for our partners. Additionally, you will equip our channel partners with the tools, resources, and messaging necessary for success. A significant portion of your responsibilities will involve supporting our API Technology Partner Program. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including product, learning & development, marketing, and sales to ensure program success and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Content Development:
- Create high-quality written materials to maintain and grow mindshare within Brivo’s partner base
- Develop targeted content to attract and recruit new partners
- Produce partner-specific guides, presentations, playbooks, success stories, and training materials tailored to the partner ecosystem
- API Technology Partner Program:
- Oversee all aspects of the program, including recruitment, onboarding, certification, and activation of partners
- Support education and training initiatives aimed at equipping Brivo’s sales teams and reseller partners with knowledge about API offerings
- Program Management:
- Own and continuously improve Brivo’s demonstration and proof-of-concept programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to ensure program goals, deliverables, and outcomes are met
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, partner program management, or similar roles
- Proven track record in developing content for partner positioning, marketing campaigns, and partner programs
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable materials for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making

The total compensation package for this full-time position includes a salary range of $95,000 - $110,000. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (includes base salary and, where applicable, may include incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians are eligible for benefits & perks (www.brivo.com/about/careers) based on their work locations.
