Sales Orders Specialist
Customer Experience - Remote - Full Time

Summary


As a Sales Orders Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and partners. In this role, you will manage and process customer orders with precision, collaborating across multiple teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer journey.



Responsibilities

  • Manage and Process Orders: Handle customer orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring compliance with Brivo’s high standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, and operations) to resolve any issues and streamline order management processes.
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from resellers, prospects, and internal stakeholders via email, Slack, and phone, providing expert guidance.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve sales orders, ensuring all necessary details and documentation are included before processing.
  • Represent Brivo in the Market: Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain a strong knowledge base to effectively represent Brivo to customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in sales order processing or sales administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with resellers, internal teams, and customers with professionalism and clarity.
  • Comfortable with technology and solutions-oriented, with experience using G-Suite, CRM platforms, MS Office, and NetSuite.
  • Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to explain technical concepts and troubleshoot order-related issues effectively.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment while taking initiative.

The total compensation package for this full-time position includes a salary range of $50,000-$60,000. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (includes base salary and, where applicable, may include incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians are eligible for benefits & perks (www.brivo.com/about/careers) based on their work locations.
