The EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) is currently in a major growth phase, and this role will play a crucial part in driving that momentum.
You will be responsible for general inside sales support to the Manager of Business Development and the wider EMEA global accounts team, including handling customer enquiries, account management, and quoting. A significant focus of this role is driving end-customer engagement while simultaneously growing and supporting our channel partner base.
The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to sales, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to guide prospects through the sales cycle. This full-time, hybrid position requires regular in-office collaboration each week.
Responsibilities- Contribute actively to the expansion of Brivo’s footprint across the wider Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.
- Drive end-customer leads and convert them effectively to directly support the Channel ecosystem.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social media to build a robust pipeline.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with partners within the designated territory.
- Manage a subset of partners within Emerging Markets, acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries and account maintenance to support their growth.
- Qualify leads, arrange appointments, and manage prospects through the sales cycle to successful deal closure.
- Educate prospective clients and provide product training to system integrators, ensuring they remain informed on updates, compatible devices, and feature releases.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations via video and phone, clearly communicating the value and key differentiators of Brivo’s security platform.
- Manage the end-to-end process of quoting and provide timely, accurate sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Respond to customer queries promptly and manage the administrative aspects of the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to develop strategic partner plans and campaigns that drive revenue and expand wallet share.
- Support field sales colleagues with pre-sales activity and regional development initiatives.
Qualifications- 1+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management (ideally in channel sales within the security, technology, or SaaS sectors).
- Consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with SaaS, solution-led selling, and a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound activity.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and business communication tools; ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Collaborative team player with a self-motivated, independent working style.
- Energetic, driven, and professional with a positive outlook.
- Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French (or Spanish) is a plus.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
The compensation package for this full-time position offers a base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (with on-target earnings of £45,000 - £55,000). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
